Not all luxury interior designers are the same!

We don't design off-the-peg show homes or follow Instagram trends. Instead, we create interiors which are unique, warm and inviting spaces that reflect your personal style. Our aesthetic is all about classic designs with a contemporary twist, placing an emphasis on elegant, timeless interiors.

As interior designers our aim is to gently guide you through every step of the process in transforming your home. The end result? A bold and stylish interior that will become a welcoming sanctuary for you, your family and friends.

Danielle Lancaster

Founder & LEAD INTERIOR DESIGNER

With a background in textiles, Danielle graduated from Manchester School of Art with a first-class honours degree in Interior Design. She then worked as a commercial interior designer, as part of a multi disciplinary team at a large architectural practice. Her transition to the residential sector came from a desire to work with clients who had a real personal connection to the spaces being designed. She worked at a smaller residential interior design studio, before setting up her own luxury design company, catering to private clients.

Danielle's speciality lies in top-to-toe renovations of period homes in which traditional and contemporary elements sit seamlessly alongside one another, to create a timeless aesthetic. While each project is unique, Danielle's luxury interiors can be defined by their use of bold colours, natural textures and exquisite, high-quality finishes.

A Message from Our Founder

"I've always been inspired by beautiful interiors, but it wasn't until I renovated my own property that I realised how much I love transforming characterful spaces with bold colours and decadent textures.

With each design project I take on, my aim is to create a unique interior which is bespoke to you, with a luxury finish quality. Clients tell me I give them the confidence to make bolder choices to help them create a truly inspiring space. I very much look forward to helping you create a warm and welcoming home filled with joy, colour and character."

A few insights into Danielle...

  • Her journey into interior design began when she started working in the wallpaper department of her family's paint shop when she was 14.

  • Danielle's interior peeve is white ceilings when the rest of the walls are dark!

  • She got married at Villa Balbianello on Lake Como, which was featured in the James Bond film Casino Royale - but she's never seen the movie!

  • Her husband, Paul, is a composer who writes music for TV and movie trailers. His interior peeves are the rugs that Danielle insists on having in every room of the house (including the bathroom!)

  • Her 'babies' are her three boston terriers, Milton, Mabel and Ralph. They have a dog bed in every room of the house, and a marble water bowl to match the dining room decor!

  • In her spare time, she enjoys rock climbing, go karting and visiting art galleries such as The Whitworth and Manchester Art Gallery.

  • As well as being a serial decorator and home renovator, Danielle also invests in residential property developments, and truly believes that well considered interiors can increase your return on investment.
