For typical room types our home styling service is offered on a flat fee basis of £1200 for a single room, plus £250 for each additional room, when styled simultaneously. Prices include VAT.

No, our design fee covers the consultation, procurement and styling services. We will source accessories to suit an agreed investment level.

Yes, if you're looking for your property to sell faster, or make a show house more desirable to potential buyers, then home staging can add significant property value, and boost the asking price. We can also arrange professional photography of the styled homes, which makes a huge difference on the open market.
